Disney vacation planning should be exciting, not overwhelming. But let’s be real: Disney trips have gotten a lot more complicated than they used to be.

What Is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner?
An authorized Disney vacation planner is a travel advisor who has completed the College of Disney Knowledge, a program created by Disney to ensure agents understand their destinations inside and out. That includes Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and more.
Why Choose Me As Your Authorized Disney Vacation Planner?
I’ve been trained by Disney and recognized as someone who can officially book and plan Disney vacations while also having the real-world experience of visiting the parks myself. So when I recommend a resort, dining plan, or park strategy, it’s coming from both Disney-backed training and decades of first-hand experience.
I genuinely love theme parks like Disney, and I want to help other people experience what makes these parks so magical.

Additionally, my host agency, Wishdrawals Travel, has been designated by Disney as an Earmarked Gold Producer. That means we are true experts in planning great Disney vacations for our clients, providing exceptional service, customized planning, and exclusive access through a direct partnership with Disney themselves.
That’s going to be different for everyone, so I want to use my 25+ years of expertise visiting, researching, and working in theme parks to offer personalized service for every trip someone books, including personalized quotes, itineraries, and recommendations.
In addition to my expertise, I want to give you honest advice about what’s going to be best for your Disney vacation based on my research and reviews. What’s great for one person may not be great for another, so I want to make sure you receive honest advice as opposed to cookie-cutter responses.
Why Use a Disney Vacation Planner?
Here’s the truth: using a Disney vacation planner is about making sure you can actually relax on your trip. Here’s how I help:
Save Time and Stress
If you’ve ever tried to plan a Disney vacation on your own, you know it can feel like a full-time job.
Did you know there are over 30 different resorts at Walt Disney World alone? Each has its own perks, budget levels, dining options, and unique pros and cons. I’ve spent years researching and visiting these resorts (and honestly, obsessively watching Disney YouTube videos too) so that you don’t have to spend weeks figuring it out yourself.
When you work with me, you tell me your budget and what kind of experience you want, and I’ll narrow it down to the best options in a fraction of the time.
Save Money
One of the biggest perks of using an authorized Disney vacation planner is that I’m always on the lookout for promotions. Disney often releases discounts after you’ve already booked, and if you’re planning on your own, you may never even know they exist.
But I get notified right away and will automatically apply those deals to your reservation. That means you could save hundreds without lifting a finger.
Custom Itineraries for Every Traveler
No two Disney vacations should look the same, because no two families (or travelers) are the same. I create personalized itineraries based on who’s going.
For example, if you’re traveling with a big family, your plan will look very different from someone going solo or from an LGBTQ+ couple looking for a romantic getaway.
I’ll help you decide what parks to visit on which days, what rides to prioritize (and at what time), and how to best use tools like Lightning Lane. It’s tailored to your unique needs so your vacation feels like yours.

Dining & Reservations
Dining at Disney is its own game. Some restaurants, like Cinderella’s Royal Table or Chef Mickey’s, can book up within minutes of reservations opening. That means unless you’re online at 6:00 a.m. on the dot, you might miss out.
But here’s the thing: you don’t have to. I’ll be the one waking up early to make those reservations for you.
One of my clients wanted to eat at Oga’s Cantina, and instead of them stressing about it, I set my alarm, booked it as soon as it opened, and sent them a message letting them know it was locked in. They didn’t lift a finger. That’s the kind of stress I take off your plate.
And I can help you decide if a Disney Dining Plan is right for you as well!
If you’re looking to have the best Disney vacation, work with me as a travel advisor and Authorized Disney Vacation Planner! With the help of my host agency, Wishdrawals Travel, I can help make it one to remember. Transportation Help
Transportation can be one of the trickiest parts of planning a Disney vacation.
For example, if you’re visiting Disneyland in California, the airport isn’t exactly next door. Even Walt Disney World’s sprawling size can make transportation confusing for first-timers.
Do you need a rental car? Should you take Disney’s transportation system? What’s the easiest way to get from the airport to your resort?
I’ll walk you through all of that and make sure you have a plan so you’re never stuck trying to figure it out on the spot.
Honest Advice
Finally, one of the things I pride myself on most is being honest. Yes, I sell Disney vacations, and yes, Disney pays me a commission, but I will never push something that doesn’t make sense for you.
For example, Disney offers an expensive Premier Lightning Lane pass that costs a few hundred dollars. In my experience, the value just isn’t there for most travelers, so I usually don’t recommend it.
I’ll tell you what I think is worth it and what isn’t, because at the end of the day, I want you to have a great trip, not an upsell that leaves you frustrated.
The Process of Working With an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner
So, you’ve decided you want to go on a Disney vacation (a great decision!) – what happens next? When you work with me as your authorized Disney vacation planner, the process is simple, stress-free, and designed to take the heavy lifting off your plate. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Fill Out a Free Disney Vacation Quote Form
It all starts with a free quote. The form is quick and easy, and it gives me the basics, with things like:
- How many people are in your travel party
- Your ideal dates
- Which parks you want to visit (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, or even Disneyland Paris)
- Your budget preferences
This helps me understand what kind of Disney vacation you’re dreaming of. Giving me as much information as possible -especially about your budget – allows me to recommend the best resorts, tickets, and dining options that actually fit your goals.

Step 2: Get a Personalized Quote
Once I have your info, I’ll send you a customized quote. This isn’t a generic package you could pull off Disney’s website.
Instead, you’ll get real options that make sense for your family: different resort levels, ticket upgrades like Park Hopper, and dining plan options. From there, we’ll fine-tune the details together until everything feels just right.
Step 3: Book Your Disney Vacation with a Deposit
Here’s the good news: you don’t have to pay for everything up front. For example, for most Walt Disney World vacations, the deposit is usually around $200, but Disney Cruise Line vacations may require a bit more.
Once that deposit is down, your reservation is secure, and you can relax knowing your trip is locked in.
Step 4: Receive a Custom Disney Itinerary
This is where the magic really begins. I’ll create a custom Disney itinerary just for you. That means I’ll:
- Recommend which parks to visit on which days
- Suggest Lightning Lane strategies to save you time in line
- Plan meal times and help with dining reservations (including those hard-to-get restaurants)
- Factor in your family’s preferences, like thrill rides vs. character meet-and-greets
I also build in some flexibility, because not every Disney trip should be go-go-go. A stress-free Disney vacation balances must-dos with time to just enjoy the parks.
Step 5: Ongoing Support & Disney Planning Reminders
Planning doesn’t stop once you book. As your travel agent specializing in Disney, I’ll send you reminders about important dates (like when to make dining reservations or book Lightning Lane selections).
I’ll also share tips on what to pack, seasonal events to expect, and strategies for navigating the parks.
One of the biggest perks? If Disney releases new promotions after you’ve booked, I’ll automatically apply those discounts to your reservation. That means you save money without having to constantly check Disney’s website or call their customer service line.

Step 6: Final Payment & Trip Prep
Your final balance is usually due about 30 days before a Walt Disney World trip (a little earlier for cruises). Once that’s handled, we’ll finalize any last-minute details like airport transfers, dining tweaks, or itinerary updates.
Step 7: Enjoy Your Disney Vacation!
When it’s finally time to go, everything will already be handled for you. You’ll have your itinerary in hand, your reservations locked in, and the confidence of knowing that every detail has been taken care of.
All you need to do is step into the magic and enjoy your stress-free Disney vacation!

Is It Worth Using a Disney Vacation Planner?
In my (slightly biased but very honest) opinion – yes. Using an authorized Disney vacation planner saves you time, money, and stress while giving you insider advice you can’t always find online.
At the end of the day, Disney vacations are supposed to feel magical, not like another job. My goal is to take the stress out of planning so you can focus on enjoying every moment of your trip.
